World's biggest photo
The world’s biggest photo has been shot. It is a 70 gigapixel and 360 degree panoramic of Budapest.
The image was created with two Sony A900 cameras with 400mm lenses.
The cameras took the picture over 2 days.
The end result is a 200 GB file. The image is so massive that you can zoom into the windows of the apartments on the horizon.
The image is out on the web, so you can zoom it in. You will find it here (requires Microsoft Silverlight plug-in).
It is only a few months since a 45 gigapixel panorama of Dubai was declared as the world’s largest digital photo.
